Last Night’s drill was all about the basics done right—and fast.

Newer members got hands-on with SCBA and turnout gear, learning how to properly don their gear and mask up under pressure. Our experienced firefighters stepped in to mentor and demonstrate, making sure every detail was covered—from securing a solid face seal to tightening that last waist strap.

There was even a little friendly competition to keep the energy high, with one of our members going head-to-head in a timed gear-up challenge against a Firefighter I cadet. Great reps, good laughs, and sharp skills all around.
