On May 31, 2012 at 2023 hours Company 6 was alerted for a Motor Vehicle Collision with injuries in the 12000 block of Dyer Road. While enroute communications advised they received further information and were upgrading to a rollover assignment. Rescue Engine 62 and Utility 6 arrived on the scene with a single vehicle off the roadway that had rolled over but was upright and had 2 patients out of the vehicle. Chief 6A arrived on scene and established the Dyer Road Command. Paramedic Ambulance 69 had a Category Bravo Priority 2 patient and a helicopter was requested. Engine 61 established the LZ in the area of the scene. Ambulance 68 had a Priority 3 patient and transported to Civista. Units cleared the scene at 2128 hours.
