We would like to wish Fire Lieutenant Robert Higgs and member Kayla Atkinson on the birth of their beautiful new addition to the family.

At 3:48am on April 27 2023 Rhyanna Kassidy Higgs made her grand entry into this world at 6 lbs 2 oz and 20" long, Kayla and baby are doing great!
