Past Chief/Past President Bill Kilinski Inducted into the SMVFA Hall of Fame

On Saturday April 27, 2024 at the SMVFA banquet held at the Waldorf Jaycee's Life Member and Past Chief Francis (Bill) Kilinski Jr. was inducted into the SMVFA Hall of Fame for his dedication and commitment to our department and the citizens of Charles County.

Mr. Kilinski is a very dedicated and active member of our organization since 1984. During his membership with our department, he has served as President, Fire Chief, Deputy Fire Chief, Board of Director and many other positions.

As Chief of the department, he brought many changes and advancements to our department and the community. Bill has directed and overseen several apparatus replacement projects and is presently chairing and overseeing the Boat 6 replacement project.

Bill has for many years shown professionalism, dedication, and commitment to the Department and the Community we serve.

Congratulations to Past Chief Bill Kilinski on this well deserved and prestigious honor.
