Congratulations to Brian Breckenridge!

Brian successfully completed the Maritime Captain's Course. The OUPV Captain's Course is an intense 56 hour classroom course, taken over three weekends. There is a tremendous amount of outside study required as well. The course covers rules of the road, safety, shipboard firefighting, navigation, plotting, and more.
